(one)  Ahead of a petition is filed, the probation officer or other officer on the courtroom designated by it, subject matter to its direction, shall, in the case of the dependent child the place the jurisdiction on the court docket is premised on the provisions of paragraph (one), (2), (three), (4), (five) or (seven) from the definition of "depen
